Justin Lewis

Justin Lewis isn’t the type to “stay in his lane”—mostly because he’s busy building new ones. As VP of Technology & Products at Estipona Group, Justin blends advanced technology and creative problem-solving. Whether he’s exploring emerging AI tools, streamlining internal systems, managing current client technologies or helping implement new ones, his day-to-day involves constant testing, iterating and finding smarter, faster, more practical ways forward.

Justin’s happy place is anywhere there’s a blank slate and a challenge to unpack—diving into client needs, identifying pain points and building solutions. From websites and data retrieval to games and apps, his goal is to explore and implement marketing technology that solves client problems and improves their business.

Justin holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) and brings over 15 years of technology experience to the job. He has worn many hats in the technology space, including product manager and software developer, during stints at Microsoft, Intuit and a financial tech startup. One of his proudest accomplishments involved conceiving and launching a contest at UNR, where he collaborated with students to develop and publish apps for Microsoft.

His breadth of experience and passion for helping others show up in how Justin works each day. No two clients—or solutions—look the same. He adapts quickly, asks the right questions and turns “we’ve always done it this way” into “how can we make this better?”

A longtime Reno local (with a brief stint in Portland for a change of scenery), Justin enjoys playing guitar and keyboard, golfing, hiking and camping with his dog, Baloo.
