All noted benefits are full-time employees.

As a fully remote agency, Estipona Team members work from home, although we do meet weekly in person at a co-working space. The company equips all team members with a MacBook Pro Laptop and a secondary monitor for their home offices, as well as all necessary software to do your job.

Paid time off

• 1 week paid vacation + 1 week for every additional year with the agency (maxing out at 5 weeks)
• 1 additional week of paid sick time and 3 floating holidays (essentially, extra days that can be taken whenever).
• 1 week off between Christmas & New Year’s
• 9 company holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday after, Nevada Day).

Insurance benefit

• 85% of cost of medical/dental/vision insurance for employee is paid by company
• 100% company paid $20,000 life insurance benefit and disability insurance

Financial benefit

• After the first year, employees are eligible for the company 401k with 4% company match
• Commission on accounts employee brings in from their own contacts (see handbook for details)

Paid maternity, paternity, bereavement leave

• 2 months of maternity leave
• 2 weeks paternity leave
