We're Hiring a Writing Intern

Wondering what life as an advertising agency writer looks like? Here's your chance to find out. Estipona Group is looking for a talented writing intern to support the work of the creative department.

From blogs to social posts, annual reports to video scripts, you'll experience the full breadth of marketing writing. Under the wing of the Creative Director, you'll also see how cross-department collaboration leads to the most effective work for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the creative department, as well as strategy, data/reporting, account/sales and social media. Your responsibilities will primarily be marketing writing, proofing, and editing, but will also include participating in team brainstorming and project concepting. Candidate must have strong writing, grammar and composition skills and needs to be reliable, collaborative, self-driven, and open to growth and learning.

While we are a virtual agency, you'll be expected to reside locally (Reno) and attend weekly in-person meetings and collaborations with the Creative Director and other members of the team. You are also required to have a working laptop computer with access to the Internet.

Applicants must have intermediate- to advanced-level knowledge of:

• Microsoft Word
• Google products (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.)
• Adobe Acrobat
• Generally computer-savvy
