The Estipona Group is seeking a full-time digital specialist to implement and help lead our digital marketing efforts. We’re looking for someone who is open to learning and growing the department over time. 
The primary function of this role is to perform research, monitor and analyze data, and then derive insights on that data to develop strategy and improve performance metrics for paid and organic efforts.

Details:

  • Location: Remote (although living in Reno, Nevada is a plus)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible hours but generally 8 am – 5 pm PST
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
  • Experience Level: 1 – 3 years of experience preferred
  • Reports to: President & CEO

Qualifications & Job Duties:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience (agency experience a plus) with:
    • Digital advertising strategy and implementation (Google and social ads)
    • SEO strategy and implementation (programming skills are not needed but knowledge of web development is a plus)
      • Keyword research
      • On-page optimization and off-site strategy
      • Competition insights
    • Web analytics monitoring, reporting and optimization
      • Google Analytics
      • Social media analytics
    • Organic platform strategy and management (email, social media)
